Custom Screen Printing
What is Screen Printing?
Screen printing is a technique where ink is forced through a stencil affixed to a mesh screen, transferring the etched image onto a garment or product. Each color in a particular design requires its own screen. This process produces crisp, clean design edges and can reproduce striking replicas of even the most detailed logos and artwork.
Placing a Custom Screen Printing Order
We have done our best to simplify the screen print ordering process by allowing you to design t-shirts, polos and more using our Custom Apparel Tool. Simply click the garment or item of your choice, upload your logo or artwork (or use ours) & add any text you like. Once you are satisfied with your design, you can get a quote and/or place an order.
Then What?
Our art department will review the design you have created. Depending on the quality of image you have uploaded and other factors some edits may be made. Don’t worry, you will receive an email proof for your approval before any edits are printed on the garments you have ordered.
Screen Printing Process
Once you have given your approval of the artwork, it’s off to the screen printing machines. The production facility is state-of-the-art. The digitized image from the art department is loaded into the computer that creates the screens. Employees load the screens onto the machines and align the shirts or other garments.
And thus begins your custom screen printing order.
