Minimum orders vary depending on the type of apparel or promotional products. Don't forget, minimum order costs, compared to large order costs are significantly different as smaller orders require us to factor in labor costs into the pricing. - Can I See a Proof Before I Confirm my Order?
Of Course! The art department at 1800Clothes will review your design to make sure it is perfect. Then, you will receive an email proof with the modified version for your approval. It is only after you accept the proof that we can move forward with production.
- How do I Order my Designs with Different Products, Colors, & styles?
At 1800Clothes, ordering the same design on different products is common. Just save your design and call us at 1-800-Clothes (1-800-256-8437) to choose the other styles/colors. We will give you the volume discount that accompanies higher quantities of the same item!
- Is my Credit Card Safe?

- Why Doesn't the Custom Tool Software Load?
Flash is needed to use and view the "Design it Yourself" custom tool. If you are using the IPHONE or IPAD, it will not work. For any other electronic device, please download the latest version of Flash Player to access the custom tool.
- Why can't I Design the Back?
At the top of the project tool bar (in the custom design tool page), you will see a T-shirt icon that reads, “Rotate”. Click it and the project will turn over to its backside. To switch back to the front, simply click the rotate button again. Keep in mind, if this button doesn’t show a changeover, the product which you're designing does not offer two-sided printing.
- How do I Change the Font or Add ClipArt?
The add art and add text feature on the custom tool enables you to customize clothes the way you always imagined! To learn more about each of the processes, click here.
- Uploading an Image Issue?
1800Clothes software, now, accepts most file types including GIF, BMP, PNG, TIF, JPG, EPS, AI**, and PSD**. If it doesn’t upload, try reducing the image size and then proceed. However, if your image is in a different file format then the ones listed above, utilize one of your image saving programs on your computer as they most likely list one of these file types as an option. In any other case, please call one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-256-8437 for assistance.
- What if my Image is not Centered Properly?
Do not worry! The 1800Clothes team will review your final design and make the appropriate changes to make sure it satisfies your requirements. If it appears you attempted to center the design, it will be aligned properly when you see the proof.
- Why does my Design look a little fuzzy and blurry?
A low-resolution image (i.e. taken with a digital camera with a low resolution setting, or an image copied and pasted from another website) could cause the image to look fuzzy or blurry. It is recommended to have a high-resolution file to upload to ensure this problem does not occur. If you are concerned your image will not transfer effectively, call one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-256-8437 to enhance the image.
- How do I load my design that I did already?
All saved designs can be reloaded through this interface. Please enter your username and password to access your saved designs.
- How do I get Help with the Custom Tool?

- What Happens after I Place an Order?
As soon as the order is placed, our art department will review the design you have created to ensure the best results. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive a proof of your design for approval. Before you know it, it will be at your doorsteps!
- How long Does it Take for My Product to be Delivered?
Generally, orders go out very fast at 1800Clothes. It is expected that you will receive your order in just 7-10 days. In addition, we also have an option for super fast shipping that only takes 5 days to reach your doorsteps! If you have a deadline to meet, we highly recommend calling our customer service team to make an order.
- I Made my Order but I Want to Change Something?
We advise you to call our customer service team at 1-800-256-8437 as soon as possible to modify your order before it goes into production. We will assist you in every way possible to make sure your order is perfect.
- There is a Mistake in my Order, how do I Return it?
Call the 1800Clothes team at 1-800-256-8437 as soon as possible to receive a return authorization number (RA#). We will direct you through the return process.
