The Process

Within 24 hours of making an order, we will send an email with the link to review a digital representation of the final product for approval. Once accepted, your apparel is immediately sent to production. Before you know it, your merchandise will be at your doorsteps!

Keep in mind; we will review your design to make sure it is correct. This includes any edits, typos and art related issues. We want your design to be perfect so please respond promptly to calls and emails to ensure the order stays on schedule. We cannot move forward without your approval.

Delivery Options

We use UPS ground shipping to deliver most of our products nationwide. They are prompt and dependable allowing us to guarantee your merchandise will be delivered in just 7-10 days!  If you have an target date or deadline, please feel free to contact us to guarantee your-in-hands date. When you enter the payment page to finalize your order, please make mention of your deadline in the notes section.

Need it Faster?

How is Shipping Pricing Calculated?

We do not charge extra for shipping or labor costs. We use the UPS rates and even offer to pay for shipping when one purchases over $500 worth of customized apparel, an easy task in the world of custom clothes!
